Welcome to Our AI Story Application: Our application helps create children’s stories with AI and unique illustrations. By using it, you accept these Terms of Use.

Customer Licence: You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the story and illustrations we generate for you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, such as publishing and distributing your books. No attribution or payment is needed to us.

Service Promotion: We may use stories and illustrations generated in our application for promotional content, like marketing or social media, without any obligation to you.

Intellectual Property: You may use generated content for lawful purposes. However, it’s your responsibility to check if any copyright issues apply, such as if you’re using copyrighted characters in a book. We recommend consulting a lawyer for any specific queries on intellectual property rights.

Warranty Disclaimer: We provide generated content as is. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness and aren’t responsible for any damages from its use.

No Derivative Applications: Subscriptions are for using our web app only. Subscribers can’t create similar applications, access our API, or use automated processes on our platform.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws where our company is based.

Modifications to Terms: We may change these Terms anytime without prior notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Book Creation Time: Book creation times vary. While most books are ready within 10 minutes, we don’t offer refunds if it takes under an hour.

Service Usage Limits:

• No API access: Our features are only available on the web app.
• No App Replication: Subscribers can’t create similar applications.
• No Automated Processing: Bots or scripts are not allowed.
• Web App Access Only: Subscriptions are limited to web app use.

Subscriptions:

• Period: Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time to end your subscription at the end of the billing cycle.
• No Refunds: We don’t provide refunds for partial months or unused credits.

Credits: Credits do not carry over month-to-month and are non-refundable if unused.

Purchases and Orders:

• Personalised Items: No returns for personalised books. Please review all details carefully.
• Order Cancellation: Paid orders cannot be cancelled.
• Damaged Items: Contact us within two days if items are damaged, with photos as proof.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses; we’re not liable for delays or lost shipments once they’re with the carrier.
• Offers: Promotional offers have specific terms. Please review eligibility and expiration dates.

Account Responsibility: Creating an account requires accurate information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

User Conduct: You agree not to use our app to:

• Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour
• Violate others’ rights, including privacy or intellectual property
• Disrupt our service or introduce harmful code
• Attempt to access our systems or data without permission
